Rashwin Sooria Kumar

Rashwin Sooria Kumar is an experienced equipment engineer currently employed at TF-AMD Penang since September 2024, focusing on the set-up and buy-off of Fan Out processes and equipment qualifications. Prior experience includes a role as an instrumentation and automation engineer at Biocon, where responsibilities encompassed plant backups, liaising with IT, and managing quality management system elements. Previous positions include a test technician at Intel Corporation and an intern at Micron Technology, involved in motherboard testing and improvements to machine operations, respectively. Rashwin's educational background consists of a Master’s of Science and Engineering from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.
