Markus Malmo is currently the Head of Operations for the Nordics and has held that position since 2024. They previously served as the Operations Manager in Norway and held various roles at TF Bank AB, including Deputy Manager for Loans and Finance Associate, where they oversaw consumer loan issuance and customer service teams. Markus began their career at Bunnpris, working in customer support from 2009 to 2014.
