TFB (The Future Behind) is a boutique consulting and software company focused on enterprise execution.

We work with enterprises and system integrators that deal with complex programs, delivery pressure, and scarce skills. Our focus is on making execution lighter, faster, and more reliable by embedding AI directly into delivery and operational workflows.

Our approach sits at the intersection of consulting and technology. We often describe it as hybrid consulting: combining hands-on delivery experience, software capabilities, and AI to support execution where complexity actually accumulates.

Our background is in large enterprise environments, where processes, documentation, and knowledge tend to grow over time. We use AI to reduce friction in everyday work: drafting and maintaining documentation, supporting analysis and validation, making knowledge easier to access, and helping teams move through change cycles with more clarity.

We don’t see AI as a layer to add on top of existing processes. We design it as part of how work actually gets done — close to people, tools, and decisions.

Alongside delivery acceleration, we also support organizations in building more intelligent operating models. This includes AI-driven decision support, automation across business processes, and practical approaches such as Prompt-to-Config and Config-as-Code that simplify how systems evolve.

TFB was built with a simple idea in mind:
let people focus on judgment, value, and direction — and let AI handle complexity.
