Doug Webster

Doug Webster, PhD, serves as Principal and ERM Practice Lead at TFC Consulting, Inc. and has been a Senior Advisor since January 2019. With an extensive background in Enterprise Risk Management, Doug frequently presents at national conferences and has taught as an instructor at Graduate School USA since September 2023. A Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration, Doug has contributed to public management since 2012 and holds the honorary title of Kentucky Colonel. Additional roles include Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group, Treasurer of the Stonewall Manor Homeowners Association, and former Board Treasurer for the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management. Doug served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Acquisition Officer for the U.S. Department of Education in 2018. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Alliant International University and multiple advanced degrees and certificates from prestigious institutions such as the University of Southern California, UCLA, and Northwestern University.
