tfconnect is the events and exhibitions industry's recognised global recruiter and senior executive search and selection specialist.

We are in a unique position of having candid and close relationships with the best & hardest to find senior talent in the industry. This means, key players come to us first to talk about their ideal next role.

Because our business is founded in 30 years direct experience of the events industry and our connections span the globe, we back ourselves to truly ‘get’ your talent requirements and we also have the connections to fulfill your needs.

We understand the chemistry and culture of your business, the nuances within the industry, the trends, and the global market. And, even if we don’t have the right connection for your business in our immediate network today, we will be able to get to them.

We also know what makes our candidates tick; what they want, what inspires them, where their best cultural fit would be, all of which means you get the best available talent at the right time for your business, without wasting time. We are in the business of connecting the dots in the right way to ensure a strategic ‘fit’ that delivers sustainable success.

We operate in partnership to ensure the most talented candidates see you, speak to you and are hired by you. The bottom line is that our clients and candidates are our friends and an extension of our family, and our dedicated employees work tirelessly to support both, for the benefit of all.
