Robert Walker

Robert Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and communications. Currently serving as a Change and Communications Consultant at Capital Change since June 2022 and as a Change Consultant at TFG, Robert previously founded Last Man Standing and SA Solar Events, where considerable achievements included managing the South African Solar Challenge and securing vital sponsorships. From June 2022 to July 2024, Robert acted as Change and Communications Manager at Sasol, leading change execution for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation across 22 countries. Additionally, Robert has held the position of Event Director for the Sasol Solar Challenge since January 2018 and owned CrossFit Uhuru until August 2023. Robert's career also includes a role as Business Development Manager at Complete Exhibitions, focusing on project management for events. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Pretoria.
