Scott Brown

Scott Brown serves as the Managing Director for Value Added Services and Mobile at TFG (The Foschini Group) since January 2021, focusing on enhancing profitability and sustainability within the Cellular, Insurance, and Media sectors. Previously, Scott was the Chief Restructuring Officer at Edcon, where the development and implementation of a turnaround strategy were key responsibilities, as well as acting as Chief Financial Officer during a challenging business rescue period. Prior experience includes significant roles at Investec, including Head of Group Credit, and a Senior Credit Manager at Nedbank, alongside an earlier career at Deloitte South Africa. Scott holds various degrees in Accounting and specialized training, including an Executive Education program from Harvard Business School.
