Joe Searle

Joe Searle has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joe began their career in 2001 as a Police Officer for the City of Overland Park. In 2002, they transitioned to the insurance industry, starting as an Office Claims Rep/CLD for Farmers Insurance. Over the years, they held multiple positions within the company, including Claims Supervisor, Claim Quality Assurance Supervisor, Business Analyst I, and Casualty Claims Supervisor. During their time at Farmers Insurance, Joe was responsible for managing teams, developing functional requirements, organizing and analyzing data, and maintaining a SharePoint site. In 2014, they joined AIG as a Senior Business Analyst/Claims Operations Manager, where they continued to utilize their analytical skills and manage claims operations. In 2019, Joe joined Kiewit as a Senior Data Analyst/Data Domain Lead, further expanding their expertise in data analysis. Currently, they are working at TFL as a Data Engineer, responsible for designing and creating data warehouses and pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Joe Searle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Crime and Delinquency Studies from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Joe also holds various additional certifications in fields such as Python programming, claims, insurance services, and automobile and casualty claim law.
