Danielle Shores

Danielle Shores currently serves as an Operations Support Manager at TForce Freight, where responsibilities include managing Partner Agents/Interlines, ensuring Customs Compliance, overseeing Cross Border Transportation, and handling Major Accounts. Previously, Danielle held various positions at UPS Freight starting in November 2001, including Operations Support Manager, Central Dispatch Lead Supervisor, Central Dispatcher, and Administrator. Additionally, Danielle gained experience as a Dispatcher at Landstar from December 2005 to July 2008 and as a Billing Clerk at Overnite Transportation from November 2001 to April 2006. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from John Tyler Community College, alongside further education at St. Johns River State College and Suffolk County Community College.
