John Davis has extensive experience in retail management and operations. Since October 2013, John has served as Courier Operations Lead Hand at TForce Integrated Solutions, previously known as ATS Retail Solutions. Prior roles include Store Manager at Dollarama from December 2009 to November 2012, where John managed a staff of 30, oversaw daily operations, and addressed customer service and supply issues with significant sales volume. John also worked as Store Manager at Goodwill Industries of Toronto in 2008-2009 and held the same position at OfficeMax Grand & Toy from 1988 to 2007, responsible for P&L management, store presentation, and staff recruitment. Education includes attendance at Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary School and Weston C.I. from 1989 to 1990.
