Emma Serrano

Emma Serrano has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Sr Tforce Service Manager and Operations Manager at TForce Logistics since March 2003. Responsibilities include managing over 30 Independent Contractors, delegating tasks, training employees in customer service and merchandise handling, and overseeing processes related to inventory, cargo claims, and equipment certification. Additionally, Emma has held roles as Purchase Transportation Manager at TForce since February 2018 and previously managed accounts receivable at City Barrell Inc., as well as dispatch and customer service roles at Dynamex East Inc.
