Daniel Cohen

Originally from France, Daniel Cohen began his career as a special education teacher, a role in which he had the privilege of supporting students of all ages in their learning methods. After working in Paris and surrounding areas, he pursued roles outside of his home country, driven by his thirst to discover the world. In Chicago, New York, Montreal and Singapore, he gained leadership experiences (from director of curriculum to head of school) during which he developed expertise in French and English teaching practices and knowledge of different curricula, while gaining international experience. At TFS, since 2017, he served as Vice Principal of the Junior School until his appointment as Executive Director of the Learning Forum in 2022. As he leads a team of passionate professionals with a mandate across all four TFS branches, Mr. Cohen has the responsibility to develop and strengthen students’ learning strategies, while ensuring their well-being.
