Åsa Gunnarsson

Åsa Gunnarsson has extensive work experience in the field of data management and clinical research. Åsa is currently working at TFS HealthScience as the Director of Data Management since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Data Management at the same company from July 2020 to June 2022. Before joining TFS HealthScience, Åsa worked at Novo Nordisk as a Project Data Manager from May 2019 to October 2019. Åsa also had previous experience as a Principal Clinical Data Manager at TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization from April 2018 to April 2019, and as a Project Data Manager at Novo Nordisk from January 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Åsa worked as a Senior Clinical Data Manager at TFS Trial Form Support from November 2014 to December 2015. Åsa also has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked at Region Skåne as a Unit Manager from March 2014 to November 2014, and as a Biomedical Analyst from June 2012 to March 2014. Åsa's earliest work experience was at AstraZeneca R&D, where they held various roles such as Data Management Project Leader from February 2008 to May 2012, Sr Study Delivery Operations Specialist from August 2005 to January 2008, Project Data Management Leader/Technical Standards Leader from December 2002 to July 2005, and Clinical Data Manager from December 2000 to November 2002.

Åsa Gunnarsson obtained a university degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science (BMA) and Clinical Physiology from Malmö University. Åsa completed this degree program from 1992 to 1994.
