Åsa Matz

Åsa Matz has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Åsa started their career in 1992 as a Clinical Research Scientist at Astra Pharmaceuticals, and then joined Pharmacia & Upjohn AB as a Clinical Research Manager. In 2000, they joined Eli Lilly and Company and held roles as a Senior Clinical Research Associate and later as a Clinical Operations Teamleader in Sweden. Åsa then became a CRA Manager at Eli Lilly Sweden AB before moving to ICON plc as a Clinical Project Manager. Åsa joined PharmaRelations AB as a Business Unit Manager in 2011, and later joined TFS Trial Form Support as the Unit Manager for TFS People in Northern Europe. Their work experience spans various positions within the clinical research field.

Åsa Matz completed a Diploma in Leadership from IHM Business School from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Uppsala University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Åsa Matz began their education by pursuing a science-focused curriculum at Karolinska skolan, Örebro from 1984 to 1988, although the specific degree attained during this period is unknown.
