Hanna Stegared-Pace

Hanna Stegared-Pace has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hanna started their career as an Associate Candidate Manager at Academic Work in 2008. Hanna then worked as a Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Recruitment Consultant at SEC Recruitment in 2010. In 2011, they joined Hays as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in commercial roles in the Nordic pharmaceutical industry. During their time at Hays, they also held roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Medical Affairs, Managed Markets, and HEOR, as well as a Business Manager in Medical Affairs. In 2016, they joined Hays Life Sciences Sweden as a Business Manager and Team Leader, supporting temporary and contract recruitment solutions.

In 2020, Hanna joined TransPerfect as a Director of Business Development, where they provided language and technology services to the Life Science industry. Hanna'sresponsibilities included assisting key clients in developing and launching pharmaceutical products and digital therapies globally. Hanna worked closely with clients in areas such as document translation, linguistic validation, clinical labeling translation, website localization, IVRS/voice services, global call centers, and more. Hanna also provided e-clinical technology solutions, including eFeasibility, study start-up, trial master file services, and safety and pharmacovigilance.

Currently, Hanna is serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization, a global CRO serving biotech and pharma companies. Hanna is responsible for supporting customers throughout their entire clinical development journey, providing services such as protocol development, regulatory consulting, and turn-key clinical trial operations in multiple countries.

Hanna has a background in Sociology with a focus on work, organization, and human resource management from Uppsala University, where they completed their Master's degree in 2012.

Hanna Stegared-Pace completed their education in a chronological order. Hanna attended Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium from 2002 to 2005, where they studied Social Sciences. Later on, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with an Orientation Towards Work, Organisation, and Human Resource Management at Uppsala University from 2007 to 2010. In 2008-2009, Hanna attended UCL, although the degree obtained during this time is not specified. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Sociology with an Orientation Towards Work, Organization, and Human Resource Management from Uppsala University in 2011-2012.
