Lara Garcia

Lara Garcia has extensive work experience in the clinical research field. Lara started their career as a Pharmacist at Pérez Ampudia Pharmacy in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Biometrica-group, where they conducted clinical monitoring activities and managed site activities according to regulatory requirements.

In 2009, Lara joined TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization as a Clinical Research Associate. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring clinical trials, performing visits, and managing various site activities. Lara also took on additional responsibilities as a CRA, CTA & LM Trainer, delivering training sessions to new hires and providing ongoing training to CRA/CTA/LM teams until 2016.

Since 2016, Lara has been working at TFS as a Line Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of Clinical Research Associates, ensuring the timely and quality execution of projects. Lara also oversees the monitoring metrics, assists CRAs in managing time and tasks, and conducts site visit assessments.
