Lia B.

Lia B. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. Lia started their career as an intern in clinical psychology at VT Falkenried Kliniken GmbH in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an HR Assistant at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, where their responsibilities included recruitment support and talent management.

From 2014 to 2016, Lia worked at Continental as a Human Resources Generalist and later as an HR Training & Development support. In these roles, they assisted in global HR projects, organized training sessions, and maintained internal databases.

Lia joined Plinga GmbH in 2017 as a Human Resources Operations Specialist and played an active role in the company's acquisition by Azerion in 2018. Their responsibilities included employee onboarding, payroll administration, talent search, and development, as well as ensuring legal compliance and resolving employee grievances.

From 2018 to 2020, Lia held the position of Lead HR DACH at Azerion, where they managed local HR operations, acted as an HR business partner for executive management, and led a team.

In 2020, Lia joined Bigpoint GmbH as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, taking charge of recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, and employer branding. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing guidance to executives and managers, optimizing HR processes, and advising on strategic HR plans.

Most recently, in 2022, Lia joined TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization as the Lead HR Central & Eastern Europe, continuing their expertise in HR management and business partnership.

Lia B. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology at the University of Bremen from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftpsychologie, also at the University of Bremen, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. In September 2019, they obtained the AdA Ausbilder Qualifikation certification from the IHK Berlin.
