Rafal Michaluk

Rafal Michaluk has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Rafal started their career as a Custody Administrator at CITCO GLOBAL SECURITIES SERVICES Ltd in 2007. Rafal then became a German Junior Accountant at Xerox in 2008, where they were responsible for accounts payable tasks and bank account reconciliation. In 2010, they joined Pfizer as a German GL Accountant, handling month-end closing processes, account reconciliation, and financial statement analysis. In 2014, they became a Business Unit Controller at Thomson Reuters, overseeing financial statements and coordinating with auditors. Rafal then worked at Page Group Europe S.L. as an Accounting Specialist, focusing on audit, tax, and statutory compliance for various European countries. Currently, Rafal works at TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization as a Financial Controller for Germany and Italy, where they manage accounting operations and liaises with auditors and external consultants.

Rafal Michaluk completed their education through various programs and institutions. Rafal first pursued the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from 2011 to 2020, where they specialized in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they attended Poznan University of Economics And Business, obtaining a Master of Arts in Management. During their time at Poznan University, Rafal focused on Marketing and Logistics as their majors. Additionally, in 2005-2006, they participated in the Socrates/Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Mannheim, where they furthered their studies in Business Administration and Management.
