TG Three is the strategy firm for Christian colleges under real pressure to grow, adapt, and secure their future.

We were founded by a former executive vice president who led a turnaround at George Fox, where freshman enrollment grew 46% in a single year and kept climbing. Leaders kept asking how we did it. TG Three was the answer.

Our name stands for tenacious, go-getters with grit. That's the posture we bring to every engagement, and it's the kind of leadership Christian higher ed needs right now.

We work differently because we treat strategy, brand, marketing, enrollment, and financial aid as one connected system. In Christian higher education, they always are. When they're misaligned, institutions lose ground. When they work together, growth follows.

Each member of our team has carried executive responsibility inside a Christian college. We've sat in the chairs our clients sit in. We know what it takes to move an institution, and we know what gets in the way.

We help leaders answer the questions that actually decide the future:

* Do the right people understand why we matter?
* Are we generating real demand, or just activity?
* Are we turning interest into enrolled students?
* Is our net tuition revenue sustainable?
* Are we making the hard trade-offs, or avoiding them?

We tell the truth. We challenge the status quo. We build the in-house capability your team needs so the work outlasts the engagement.

Christian colleges with a clear mission deserve strategy partners worthy of it.
