Lisa Smith is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading strategic programs and managing large-scale projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at TGD since May 2023, Lisa oversees key accounts and operational functions while ensuring delivery excellence. Previously, as PM Practice Director at projekt202, Lisa managed a program management team and implemented quality execution processes. At Smashing Ideas, Lisa delivered B2B and B2C products through a comprehensive understanding of user needs and Agile methodologies. With foundational roles at Plexipixel, Interactive Imagination, and Brience/Data on Air, Lisa has built a robust technical background, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems and an Associate of Arts in Interactive Media Design.
