Alan Madden

Alan Madden is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in the energy and marine geophysical industries. Currently serving as Director - Legal at TGS since April 2021, Alan provides legal oversight in a company that delivers advanced data and intelligence solutions for the energy sector. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Consultant at Polarcus, where Alan contributed to innovative marine geophysical services, as well as Legal Counsel at WSP in the Middle East, focusing on engineering consultancy. Prior legal experience spans from working at Home Matters Consultancy Dubai, specializing in real estate transactions, to serving as a Solicitor at Thomas K Madden & Co., handling civil and criminal litigation, property law, and company law matters. Alan holds an LLB from Nottingham Trent University and further qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland, including a Certificate in Data Protection Practice.
