Cato Grasdal has extensive experience in maritime operations and project management. They served as Styrmann at PGS from 1997 to 2001 before progressing to roles such as Smallboat & Fleet Support Manager and Captain. Currently, Cato is the Head of Smallboat & Fleet Support at TGS since 2024. They also hold a degree in Trainer and Assessor from Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge, completed between 1994 and 1995.
