Tim Mason

Tim Mason is an experienced operations professional with a background in managing projects and teams in the geophysical and seismic industry. Currently serving as Operations Project Manager at TGS since November 2023, Tim has held various managerial roles at Magseis Fairfield ASA and WGP Exploration Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and project execution. Prior experience includes significant positions at CGG, ranging from Operations Manager to Geophysical Supervisor, alongside a foundational role at VERITAS DGC LIMITED. Tim's career in the field began as a Seismic Data Processor at CGG after earning a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from The University of Manchester.
