Wholly owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji (the Pilgrims Fund Board), TH Properties Group was created following the consolidation in 2010 of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. and TH Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Lembaga Tabung Haji’s respective property development and construction arms. Its history however stretches back to 1980 with the formation of Syarikat Perumahan Lembaga Tabung Haji Sdn Bhd. 

TH Properties’ key areas of expertise are property development, construction, and project and facilities management. 

In property development segment,  TH Properties involved in various projects with total GDV of more than RM13.8 billion. Among its notable projects are Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan, Bay Pavilions in Sydney and etc. 

In construction and project management segments, TH Properties via its 100% subsidiary, THP Bina Sdn Bhd has completed various projects with total contract value of more than RM3.7 billion. Among its notable projects are Kompleks Haji & Hotel Movenpick Sepang and Menara Bank Islam.

Whilst in facilities management segment, TH Properties has a wide range of expertise and experience managing various types of properties with total contract value of more than RM347 million.
