Tom Pado has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent at TH School since August 2024. Prior to this role, Pado was the Superintendent at the American International School of Lagos from August 2020 to July 2024 and the Head of School at Escola Americana de Campinas from July 2016 to July 2020. Other notable positions include Director at the American International School of Lusaka (2012-2016), Secondary School Campus Principal at the International School of Tanganyika (2009-2012), Middle School Principal at the American International School of Dhaka (2005-2009), and Head of Middle Years at Bavarian International School e.V. (2001-2005). Pado holds a Master's degree in School Leadership and Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/History from Connecticut College.

At TH School we have listened carefully to parents and students before consulting with education experts, both in Vietnam and Internationally to develop a school to provide for the needs of young people in our country in the 21st Century.
