Lester Tan

Lester Tan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Thai Beverage PLC since 2017. Prior to this role, Lester held the position of Managing Director at Heineken Myanmar from 2014 to 2017, where efforts included establishing a greenfield brewery and developing beer distribution throughout the country. Lester also served as Managing Director at Mongolian Beverages Company from 2012 to 2014, overseeing the amalgamation of multiple companies and managing a workforce of 1,400. Earlier roles include Managing Director at MCS APB LLC and Assistant GM of Marketing at Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Lester's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing from The City University of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Willamette University.
