Saad A.

Saad A. has work experience in the field of engineering and telecommunications. From 2013 onwards, they worked as an Engineer Specialist at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED. In this role, they gained experience in various areas such as Maritime, VSAT, networks (including 5G, 3G, 4G, and backhauling), Gilat SEIIc, iDirect, Hughes, forsway, Comtech, Starlink, ATP, IOT, and Link Budget. Saad also traveled overseas to Japan and Australia for Gilat Ground system installations and conducted ATP. Additionally, they were responsible for configuration, administration, management, and troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet systems.

Prior to their role at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, Saad A. worked as a Help Desk Supervisor and Telecommunication Specialist at Crazy Domains from 2010 to 2013. In this position, they performed installation and updating services for networks, made changes to Cisco products to troubleshoot network connections, and maintained documentation on LAN/WAN configurations, frame-relay, and point-to-point circuits.

Saad A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering at Assumption University from 2004 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Bangkok University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Saad A. obtained a certification in Systematic Problem Solving & Decision Making from ACI consultants in June 2014.
