Walee T. is the Head of Consumer Insights with a robust background in quantitative and qualitative research methods, brand strategy, and digital marketing. With over 10 years of experience in consumer insight and innovation, Walee has successfully contributed to the launch of multiple products that enhanced consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Currently, Walee serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Department of Design and Digital Innovation at Assumption University and a Faculty Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Bangkok University. Walee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Statistics from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, as well as an MBA and a Master of Statistics from the National Institute of Development Administration and University of Wollongong, respectively.
