Otsile Raditsebe

Otsile Raditsebe is a dedicated control room coordinator at Thakadu Battery Material, where they have been instrumental in optimizing processes at a pioneering technology plant in South Africa. Previously, Otsile served as a process development technologist at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) from 2014 to 2019 and as a field supervisor at Statistics SA in 2012. Otsile's journey in chemical engineering began with an in-service traineeship at CSIR and has included operational roles such as a plant operator at Impala Platinum. Currently, Otsile is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering at the University of South Africa while also working towards completing a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology.
