Lee Burnie FIoL is currently the Engineering Operations Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., where they focus on managing engineering physical environments and improving workforce management. Previously, Lee served in various roles within the British Army, including Senior Relationship Manager, where they acted as a senior enlisted military advisor, and Senior Operations Project Manager, overseeing training delivery and policy implementation. Lee also contributed as a Senior Consultant at Whitetree and worked on aerospace and simulation projects at Elbit Systems UK. With a strong background in leadership and collaboration, Lee has developed high-performing teams and formed partnerships with organizations in the defense sector.
