Andy Pound is a Chartered Engineer and the Engineering Delivery Manager at Thales UK, where they are currently focused on delivering platform survivability optronics solutions. Previously, Andy held various roles at Rolls-Royce from 2018 to 2023, culminating in the position of Principal System Design Integrator, responsible for new product introduction for a defence turbofan. Andy's experience also includes leadership roles in sub-system design and component design, as well as a manufacturing engineering internship.
