Cameron Manderson

Cameron Manderson is a dynamic and collaborative professional with extensive experience in developing and maintaining strategic HR programs in fast-paced environments. Previously, as a Talent Management Consultant at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Cameron delivered organizational development interventions and talent management solutions. Cameron has held several roles, including Learning and Organizational Development Specialist at Source Refrigeration & HVAC, where they led cross-functional teams and improved employee engagement. Currently, as the Director of Learning & OD Solutions for Thales, Cameron drives the transition to a Learning Culture and oversees talent management initiatives. Cameron earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
