Céline Pignatari

Céline Pignatari is the Head of Internal Trainers & Learning Methods at Thales, where they manage the development and coordination of internal trainers and promote efficient learning across the organization. Previously, Céline served as a Master Coach Lean & Agile at Thales and an Agile Transformation Program Manager at Gemalto, leading initiatives to drive Agile and DevOps transformations. Céline has extensive project management experience, having worked as a Project Manager and Analog Design Engineer at Texas Instruments. They are certified in Agile methodologies and project management (PMP®) and completed coaching education in 2023.
