Daniel Bailey

Daniel Bailey has extensive experience in investment planning and project control, primarily in the water sector. At United Utilities from January 2010 to February 2014, Daniel served in multiple roles, including Investment Planning Manager, where responsibilities included providing programme management expertise and governance advice, and Lead Project Controller for the £800m Water AMP6 Programme, managing a team of eight Project Control Professionals. Prior experience includes positions as a Management Information Analyst at Vertex Data Science and Project Controls Consultant at DTB Project Services Ltd, among others. Daniel holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Central Lancashire.
