Franck Ferront is a dedicated user experience professional, currently serving as Responsable besoins utilisateurs at Thales since 2025, where they analyze user needs for the IT department. Previously, Franck held various roles, including UX champion at Thales Alenia Space and a User/Customer Experience Specialist at Cartesis, where they led significant design projects that improved user friendliness and client satisfaction. With experience teaching UX at Web School Factory and working as a User Experience Design Specialist for prominent companies like Facebook and Credit Agricole, Franck has consistently advocated for user-centered design methodologies. Franck earned a degree in Computer Science Hardware and Electronics from IUT Valence in 1994.
