Grégory ROY

Grégory Roy is currently the Group DesignOps Leader at Thales, where they apply their expertise in UX and Human Factors within digital and innovation contexts. They teach part-time at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Cognitique and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, focusing on cognition and ergonomics. Previously, Grégory held various UX design and consultancy roles, including positions at Steria and Groupe PSA, where they led projects that emphasized user-centered design methodologies. Grégory holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science and an engineering diploma in Ergonomy and Human Factors from prestigious French institutions.
