Jonathan Bailey is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET, currently serving as ISR Technical Director (UAS/EW/Radar) at Thales UK. They previously held engineering leadership roles at Vickers Defence Systems and BAe Systems, where they managed design and integration projects and led teams of engineers. Jonathan also owned JB Yachting from 2000 to 2007 and served as Race Director for Clipper Ventures, overseeing the Clipper Round The World Yacht Race. They earned a First Class BEng (Hons) from Leeds Metropolitan University and are currently pursuing an MSc in Aeronautics at Cranfield University.
