Jonathan Patchell

Jonathan Patchell is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Software Solutions Engineer at Thales since August 2022, Jonathan is part of the Applications Engineering Team focusing on Hardware Security Modules. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Software Designer at Syntronic, where Jonathan worked on 5G Radio solutions and software for high-speed fiber optic links. Prior to that, Jonathan held positions at Thales eSecurity, The Hotel Communication Network Inc., Klocwork, Pathminder Inc., Alcatel Canada, and Safety Dynamics, gaining extensive expertise in software development, debugging, test automation, and firmware programming. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University.
