With 16 years of experience in the Middle East, specifically in Kuwait and Qatar, Ken has successfully delivered engineering programs across various international sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Thales, Ken supports teams in developing new capabilities for the Royal Navy's S2087 sonar while fostering an inspiring workplace environment.
