Matthieu Sanchez

Matthieu Sanchez is a Human Factors and System Engineer at Thales, where they currently manage engineering sub-systems and coordinate teams across multiple locations. Previously, they served as an Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification engineer and contributed to the development of physiological sensors for flight simulators as part of the Human Factors and Cognition team. Matthieu also held engineering assistant positions at ALPhANOV and CHU de Bordeaux, focusing on optomechanical systems and maintenance management, respectively. They earned a French "Grandes Ecoles" Engineering Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, supplemented by a Master of Research from ESPCI Paris.
