Zhang Junpeng, known for creating positive impacts through Lean methodologies and coaching, has over 20 years of experience in Production Management and Engineering. They began their career as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer at Stallion Development Pte Ltd and later served in various engineering and leadership roles at companies such as Electroglas/Flextronics Shanghai and Thales. Currently, as Lean and Performance Manager at Thales, they lead initiatives to enhance industrial efficiency and customer satisfaction. Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
