Pascal Diethelm

Pascal Diethelm is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Training Support at CTC East. They held multiple leadership roles at Thales between 2020 and 2022, including Vice President of the Vorsorgekommision Livica and President of the Vorsorgekommission Thales Simulation & Training AG. Prior to this, Pascal was involved in various positions at RUAG, including Manager of Simulation and Deputy Center Leader, from 2010 to 2022. Pascal's background also includes extensive experience in toolmaking and CNC manufacturing at GROB Textile AG, as well as military service as a sergeant major in the Swiss Army from 1998 to 2015. Their educational credentials encompass significant qualifications in project management, safety, and technical leadership.
