Raphaël Carles

Raphaël Carles is the COO and CTO at Thales, where they are responsible for technical and engineering direction in customer support and service, overseeing approximately 220 personnel across various technological domains. With 25 years of experience, they have previously held leadership roles at companies such as Dentsu Aegis Network France, where they managed operations and digital business units, and Business & Decision, where they co-directed the agency and optimized development processes. Raphaël holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques and a licence in Archaeology from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
