Raphaëlle Gaultier

Raphaëlle Gaultier is the Head of Controlling at Thales Australia AVS, where they oversee financial management and reporting. Previously, they held several positions within Thales, including Complex Bids and Projects Controller for both Thales Australia GTS and Thales Australia AVS, as well as Reporting, Central and Budgetary Controller at Thales Raytheon Systems. Earlier in their career, Raphaëlle interned at Carrefour, managing temporary sales events, and at RationalFX, focusing on business development for the French market. They hold a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
