Robert Boyden

Robert Boyden is currently the Project Director at Thales, where they oversee the Bids & Programmes Function and lead a team of around 90 professionals in bid and project management. With extensive experience in the defense sector, Robert previously served as the UK Programme Lead for Maritime Mine Counter Measures and held various roles within Thales, including Integrated Product Team Manager and Head of Bid and Project Management. Their career began in the Royal Navy, where they served as an Officer, followed by positions at Procter & Gamble and Marconi. Robert holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
