Roy Kuiper

Roy Kuiper is currently the Head of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering at Thales, leading a team of approximately 120 experts in the design and engineering of hardware components for various systems. They have extensive experience in project management and engineering, having previously held key positions at Siemens, where they managed large project teams and ensured timely project delivery across multiple international locations. Roy's background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), highlighting their strong foundation in both technical and management disciplines. Prior to their role at Thales, they also worked at BOA Recycling Equipment, where they held various engineering and project management roles.
