Simon Gwilliam

Simon Gwilliam is currently the Head of Bids and Programmes at Thales UK Integrated Airspace-Protection Systems, responsible for the Bid and Project Management function in the UK Air Defence Business. With extensive experience in the Defense and Aerospace industries, Simon has held multiple roles at Thales, including Bid Manager and Senior Program Manager. Previously, Simon worked at Northrop Grumman as a Project Manager and Financial Controls and Forecasting Lead, overseeing significant defence contracts. Simon holds a BEng in Aerospace Systems Engineering from Coventry University, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.
