Sylvain Andre has extensive experience in the field of engineering and bid management, having worked at Thales from March 2020 to March 2023 in various roles including Bid Manager for Airspace Mobility Solutions, ATC & Digital, and Radar Systems, along with a background as a Mechanical Engineer.
