Thomas Preece

Thomas Preece is a Maintenance Assurance Manager at Thales, where they currently oversee maintenance processes. Previously, they held a variety of engineering and managerial roles across industries such as mining, water infrastructure, hydrocarbons, and maritime sustainment. They served as a Mechanical Engineer at LogiCamms and later took on senior roles at BAE Systems and Prudentia Process Consulting, contributing to major projects and engineering efforts. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide and has furthered their education with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from RMIT University.
