Tom Rose is the Director of Offsets and Industrial Participation at Thales, where they previously held positions as an Offsets & Industrial Participation Manager and a Senior ITB/Offsets Specialist. Prior to Thales, Tom worked at General Dynamics Land Systems as an Industrial Participation Specialist, an Industrial Participation Coordinator, and an Export Compliance Coordinator.
